Today's Activity: Yoga
Today I am focussing on doing yoga at home. Yoga is relaxing. I bet you would like to have a song on or put on a video so you know what to do when you’re doing yoga. Cosmic Kids is fun. Sometimes you can do meditation on Cosmic Kids too. It’s called ‘ Zen Den ’. You can try it too. Just check out this link .
